POLICIES, GETTING AROUND, & ORDERING
Thank you for choosing Arts Uniq' as your art supplier! To help make sure your orders are processed quickly and efficiently, please note our following policies and guidelines:
Navigating our web site is simpler than walking down the aisle in an art store, and a lot more fun. Once you have reached our Home Page most everything is self-explanatory. If you know what print you are looking for, simply click on Keyword Search for product by name. If you are looking for products by a certain artist, click on Criteria Search and select the Artist's name in the 'by artist' listing.
Regardless of which search method you use, once you have found an item to order you may place it in the shopping cart and continue shopping or you may choose to check out at that time. When you are ready to check out, you may view the total cost of your order, excluding shipping. You will then be taken to the order information form, where you will be asked for your shipping, & payment information. Once you have completed the order form, click on the submit button and within seconds a confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
ABOUT SHIPPING
Shipping costs are not calculated on the web due to various reasons
FRAMED ORDERS
There is a $250 minimum for first time buyers, and a $100 minimum for reorders. Framed orders are normally shipped within 4-6 weeks after the order is received. Framed orders are shipped by FedEx ground unless size prohibits.
UNFRAMED PRINTS
$25 wholesale minimum order. Print orders are normally shipped within five working days after the order is received.
COMBINING ORDERS
Framed art orders, unframed prints and shrinkwrapped orders are considered separate orders and may not be combined. Flat print and shrinkwrapped orders may be shipped together.
CREDIT POLICY
Terms of Net 30 are available with the return and approval of our credit application. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) is imposed on all purchases with payments past the agreed terms. A $25 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
OTHER POLICIES
Damage to any product must be reported within five days of
receipt.
Returns will not be accepted or credit issued without a Return
Authorization Number RA# issued in advance.
(If returns do not have an authorization label on them, your
account may not receive proper credit.)
Same day shipment print orders must be received before 11:00 a.m.
(CST).
If your shipment has "Concealed Damage," you must call
the carrier for confrmation of damage.
All custom-designed framed items are subject to a 25% cancellation
fee and are not returnable.
